Fraser syndrome is a rare, autosomal recessive polymarformative syndrome. We report the observation of a case in a regional university hospital in a country with limited resources.
There was a polymalformative entity: facial (bilateral cryptophthalmia, ankyloblepharon, widening of the base of the nose), respiratory (subglottic angioma) and genital with right testicular ectopy. Management was multidisciplinary and the patient died at home. This condition highlights the need for antenatal diagnosis and pregnancy monitoring.
