Herpes zoster sciatica with paresis

Abstract

The authors report a case of herpes zoster radiculopathy with paresis concerning a patient who had a diabetes
mellitus and a malignant lymphoma no hodginien. The appearance of the herpes zoster lesion two
days after the deficit made the diagnosis easy. The patient profited from a treatment by aciclovir and a
kinesitherapy allowing a total recovery at the end of three months.
